Great Christmas experience! The apartment was beautifully decorated and had a festive atmosphere. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas and Christmas markets. I loved the complimentary mulled wine and chocolates that were provided, it was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the heating kept us warm during the cold winter nights.

There were a few issues during our stay. the Wi-Fi connection was very weak and unreliable, which was frustrating as we wanted to share our Christmas moments with family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Palms Apartments. the host, Roland, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. He provided us with nespresso coffee pods, washing detergent, and towels, making our stay even more convenient. the location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the apartment itself was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including Netflix and YouTube on the TV. It was a truly enjoyable and affordable stay, and Roland made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect! 👍.

Stayed at the "WiFi Wonderland". The AC kept me as cool as a cucumber and the garden was a lovely spot for my afternoon tea. The airport shuttle was just the cherry on top!

Who needs an elevator when you can climb stairs like a pro? Not me!

There are in-room amenities like an iron, ironing board, electronic key card, and tea/coffee facilities, as well as a hot tub with access to the garden.

The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and modernly decorated. The location was superb, just a short walk to shops, grocery stores, and tourist attractions. The best part was the amazing staff, especially Niki, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in and make me feel welcome. Plus, there's a friendly cat that lives in the complex!
